This song was birthed one night when I was woken up at 3am and heard... "Go outside in the living room and write down this song." The realization that I was soon going to have to leave a long term marriage was dawning daily. The more important "understanding" that didn't come until later was that my outer circumstances would only begin to change when the very peace I was so desperately longing for began to dawn first inside me... not the other way around.

What originated initially from my own personal circumstances has now become a more universal prayer.

"As above, so below".
