This was the first song that ever came to me back in the fall of 1986 when I was on retreat at the Vedanta Center in Olema, CA. I heard inwardly, the words and music being sung by some angelic voice, while walking in the redwood grove way up on the hill overlooking the valley and the guest house at sunset. I had just gaduated from massage school the day before and all my "circuits were open". A seer had told me a year or two before that I would find someone who would work with my body (massage school) and open certain pathways which would allow my creativity to blossom in a nw way. This song felt like a musical prophecy when it came through and now twenty two years later, the words still come back to me to inspire and give me strength to carry on during these challenging times. The immortal "tapestry" of our lives that God has woven together with all of His living "threads" is becoming ever more beautiful daily

Let Your light shine down on me
By Your love we all shall see
Hands that heal are meant for sharing
Touching souls through lives of caring.
Shine on...
When will people understand
That fear alone divides our land
How much further must we fall
Before people rise and answer Your call.
Shine on...
Shine on.............So sweet
Your love...........Complete
Shine on.............Your hand in mine
Together.............Till the end of time.
Shine on. shine on...
Will we see the truth revealed
As the planet cries out and the fire is real
Heal our hearts and break these chains
And let God's Grace pour down like rain.
Shine on...
Take Your children by the hand
And lead us to that Promised Land
Guide our steps with faith and love
And light our path from Heaven above.
Shine on...
Shine on.............So sweet
Your love...........Complete
Shine on.............Your hand in mine
Together.............Till the end of time.
Shine on...
You have woven our lives together (Shine on...)
Every thread shall live forever (Shine on...)
Cover us with Your mantle of peace (Shine on...)
And by Your love we are released. (Shine on...)
Shine on
Shine on
Shine on
Shine on...
